So I've designed my first commercial use item! (although you CERTAINLY don't have to be a designer to enjoy them!) The top picture is of the freebie - for everyone to RUN over to DC and snag it up! With the overlay, I've included a tip sheet for using it in PS and PSE (although it is a .png file so other programs can certainly use it). I also included the green paper that I created for the preview just for fun! Don't forget...you need to take a second to register at Digital Candy if you haven't already done so (come on...it's not that hard!) and just put the freebie (there are a bunch of other GREAT feebies there too ladies!!) into your cart and check out. If you don't purchase anything, it doesn't cost a dime! But you never know...you might want to throw some other stuff in your cart as long as you're there!! LOL
The other 3 pics are are of my first overlay set. You can use them for your own layouts, for creating kits to sell or for freebies or even scrap4hire! By layering the overlays, you can literally get dozens and dozens of different looks - hmmm...sounds like it might be a good tut...what do you think??
Ok, it's been a loooong day, trying to work on the Sunshine Girl collab effort for Easter (yeah!) and my Digital Candy stuff done, so my story about the Hawaiian Monk Seal has to wait another day!! :) Don't worry, it's WORTH waiting for!! he he he!
p.s. I miss your great comments on my 4shared account :( stop by the comment section of my post and say howdy ok??
Enjoy your overlay and create something wonderful today!

Thanks so much for the great grunge overlay!
Thank you for this intro to overlays. I don't know much about using them and look forward to learning. I look forward to your instructions you included with the overlay.
Thanks again
Thanks for the freebies. I got registered the other day and listed you and the refer person. I beginning to think you don't want to tell the seal story. ;)
Ooooh, I love grungy papers! Now I can make my own. Woohoo! I'm excited. Heading over to DC later today to load up on treats and I'll snag the overlays while I'm there. Can't wait to use them. Thank you so much!
Yeah, what happen to the monk seal story? I think scrapping mom of 5 is right, you just don't want to tell do you? ;) LOL
Thanks so much for the grungy overlay. Love it! I love all your stuff. Your's is one of the blogs I read daily. You are such an inspiration to us all. How you keep such a happy, positive attitude through all the moving stuff. We've moved 13 times in 11 years of marriage, and can definitely relate! Good luck, and thanks so much :)

Thank you for the overlays Shauna!
Hey Shauna,
I just love your creations. You are a fantastic designer and very generous with your works of art. Thank you!
P.S. I'm starting to think there is no seal story? LOL
Thanks so much for the great overlay! Can't wait for another of your fantastic tuts, I learn so much from them. Are you still considering offering classes?
Thanks so much for the overlay! I will be getting the whole set very soon!
TY for the sample Overlay!!!
come on! I want to hear about the monk seal! I could use a good laugh! this is going to be good....
Thank you for the overlay. You are so generous and I just want you to know it is appreciated. I get excited every time a see a new post in my RSS reader for your blog. :-)
Thanks for your wonderful texture overlay. I appreciate your generosity and know that I will enjoy following your tutorials to make wonderful pages to share. I belong to a site where you can either do a layout or make a freebie using their colors. I normally do a layout, but would love to make at least some pages to share. This is the furthest it will go because I have repeated Specialists' and Oncology Chemo Infusion appointments that takes a great amount of time.
I also purchased the complete set. I had receive some funds from my family so felt that it was the least that I could do. Love your textures; they are not too overwhelming but add just the right amount of texture and depth to any paper. They are so beautiful. Thanks for including your own wonderful textured papers along with your special tutorial. Leavin LUV! XOXOXO
