Thanks for the mini. A tut on how to do the curled/rolled edges on paper would be nice. Thanks

I am still shaky on how to make the photos where they pop out of the frame. You know the kind where a skier is flying through the air out of the frame type or a child is sitting and his legs hang out of the frame. Could really use a good clear cut visual tutorial. :)

Thanks for thinking about tutorials again - I miss it when you don't have one.

A tut on blending would be nice (to blend photos into backgrounds) or one on page tears would be a good too(I'd love to learn to do that) or how about inking edges? Is there an easy tut for that? There's so many things I want to learn. Thanks so much for taking the time to teach us Shauna. Your tuts are always clear and easy to understand.
Thank you too, for the great freebie today! :) You make us smile as well! You know how the saying goes, "smile and the world smiles with you" Have a great Monday!

I would really love to learn how to make the grunge look happen! I like scrappinmint's suggestion about the photo blending, but love and totally agree with the wonderful, heartfelt compliment and thanks that she left for you. We love you, Shauna! **big ole midwest hug**

Thanks so much for the lovely little freebie for us today! It sure did make me smile!
As for tuts, being as I am a PSP user, I'll abstain from suggestions. I read PS tuts for ideas and so I will look forward to whatever you create for us!

Hi Thanks for the 'smile' also thank you for the wonderful Easter egg hunt - it was great fun and lots of wonderful products. I only just finished the Egg hunt this morning as I have not been well all weekend, had to br creative to find one link but managed to follow all the others and back to you. Would love more tutorials on anything really - the one about photos popping out of frames sounds good, also would like to see creating and using stitching, how to make frames with ronded corners,

I would love to learn what an action is and how to do it. I bought these Photoshop actions and now I don't know how to make them work. Are they anything like scripts in PSP?

Thanks!

I posted a comment earlier asking how to learn actions and neglected to thank you so much for all the wonderful goodies. I have been reading your newsletters for awhile now and enjoy them so much. You bring a smile to my day. You are a wonderful story teller as well as a great designer.

Thank u for the mini kit. I want a tut on how to add shadow to sheer elements, hope I am not being stupid here *blush* The typical shadow adding would darken the sheer elements, and I don't know how to add shadow without darken the sheer elements. Once again, thank u for sharing all your wonderful work:)

thank you very much for this lovely freebie.

How wonderful of you to offer! I would love to learn how to make bows and curled ribbons out of straight ribbons. I use PSE and there just aren't any actions available to do it.

SLKozul said...

I love tutorials so anything is great, but like Beth I'm a PSE user so sometimes I just have to play along and try to see what happens.

I would like to learn how to make frayed edges - something I haven't seen a lot of, but think is great for flower petals - kind of what would happen to cut off blue jeans if they are washed over & over.

or how to add realistic threads to buttons - I just scanned some in, but I like the thread to be there too.

I'm also really curious if designers have a "tool kit" of stuff that they buy and then they add on stuff that they make? Stitches are one thing I love, but nothing really seems to work in PSE (or at least its WAY time consuming).

ok - guess that's enough, I had more ideas than I thought.

one more - how to make "clear" things.

Thanks for wanting to share your knowledge.
